I’m a Project Manager for Enterprise Holdings, the car rental conglomerate of Alamo, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and National. In this role I lead various IT focused projects that support our car rental information systems infrastructure. Some of my past projects have included: implementation of capacity, performance, and file transfer tool sets; software upgrades; automation/auditing capabilities; and security-focused risk mitigations. My results orientated, time management, and relationship building skills have empowered me to be successful at managing multiple, high visibility projects at one time. Before becoming a Project Manager, I worked as a Business Analyst and established myself as a customer-focused, detail orientated point-of-contact for various IT teams in establishing reporting metrics (service desk, system performance, platform specific, portfolio management). I’m excited about my position and am privileged to lead such a vast array of technology teams with different skill sets to reach our overall objectives. This includes platform specific teams (i.e. database, server, performance, network) and application teams.
