Led 3 teams of electrical, mechanical and software engineers, technicians, and a compliance group located in 3 sites: Oklahoma City, India, and Switzerland. Implemented a streamlined design review process, including version control, text, and image analysis, reducing average pre-production PCB turns from 6 to 2, increasing quality of product, and dramatically reducing time to market.

Radiotronix was an RF module and custom turnkey product manufacturing startup.Oversaw the design, manufacturing, and testing of all products. Led engineering, QA test, administrative and manufacturing personnel involved in product design and mid to high volume production. Developed all Windows software, as well as embedded firmware for all wireless and turnkey products, including a custom frequency hopping spread spectrum protocol stack that ran on a low-cost 16k, 8-bit microcontroller. Negotiated off-shore manufacturing contracts for very high volume products. Handled many of the enterprise accounts. Many of our original modular products are still in production today, despite advances in SOC microcontrollers.
