Facilitate third party EHS System audits from the local POTW, EPA, NYSDEC, DOL, OSHA, Town of Henrietta, Corporate Loss Prevention and ISO Registrars.4. Ensure facility compliance and coordinate third party approval submissions with statutory, regulatory and environmental / safety agencies. 5. Lead the company Safety Committee monthly meetings, incident reporting investigations and monthly safety inspections. 6. Manage and maintain OSHA Form 300 and 300A.

Facilitated lean projects with diverse teams to promote continuous improvement. Managed various projects including facility renovation, product line installation, product line removal, capital equipment investigation and procurement (including facility preparation and installation). Controlled contractors and managed budget in addition to daily oversight of project activities.

Provided manufacturing support while facilitating and implementing lean manufacturing systems. Established one piece flow across four major product lines including 5S, visual management, color coding, zoning and marketplace inventory utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Supported manufacturing operations from piece part machining through final assembly including problem solving and failure analysis at final test.
