I served as the leader of international teams overseeing technical, research, and lab services at Corrie MacColl Limited (CMC), a division of Halcyon Agri Corporation (HAC). My primary objective was to ensure exemplary management of the natural rubber and latex supply chain.Directly reporting to the CEO's of HAC and CMC Limted, I collaborated closely with Regional CEO's, the Plantation Operations CEO, and the Chief Logistics Officer. This collaborative effort aimed to guarantee the sustainability of the entire production and global supply chain, covering natural rubber, natural latex, synthetic rubber and various specialty products. Our collective commitment resembled a coordinated effort akin to the Avengers, dedicated to excellence in the rubber industry. A selection of the most notable contributions include:* Modernized processing facilities for natural rubber and latex, establishing a comprehensive, sustainable raw material economy. * Drove global operations across Asia, Europe, North America, and West Africa, overseeing aspects such as processes, regulatory, compliance, quality, standards development, and end-user applications. * HAC / CMC contributed to 15% of the world's natural rubber and latex supply, amounting to approximately $2B annually.

Earlier in my career, I steered the whole operation to become a global heavyweight in natural rubber and latex supply, playing a key role in setting standards from raw material to finished goods production. My daily grind involved overseeing a $250M sales and distribution enterprise for Raiffeisen Centro Bank in Vienna, Austria. After Halcyon Agri Corporation (HAC) swooped in and acquired us in mid-2015, I was recognized as a linchpin and kept around to lead the charge for expansion. That journey eventually led to my promotion to the current gig of Global Head in 2018. Additional achievements included:* Controlled budgeting, contracting, distribution, and administration, developing and executing short, mid, and long-term strategic plans for North American and global operations during HAC's rapid expansion from 2015 to 2018. * Led the successful initiatives to secure ISO and C-TPAT certifications, establishing Centrotrade and subsequently CMC as industry leaders in setting and implementing standards. * Actively contributed to ASTM International and ISO TC45, shaping industry standards both domestically and internationally. * Extensive international travel experience across Asia, Europe, and West Africa, particularly Cameroon.
