I've always had a fascination with how things are made, even as a kid I was looking at all the small details, down to the very last screw. I'm always thinking to myself, how can we improve a design or create something new, and how can we make this impact positively on the world? As a designer, there is no better feeling than seeing one of your sketches come to life.I have been in the design industry for the past ten years, working within New Zealand and London. I have learnt what's involved within the whole design process from concept through to final design allowing me to develop unique, yet reliable products.My skills will not only meet the brief but will enhance and develop an idea for a better end product or solution. I can jump in at any point of a project from initial idea/concept through to final design and with contacts throughout the manufacturing industry, no project is too big. When I'm not designing I'm hunting for surf, or getting my hands dirty in the workshop. I’m always up for a challenge and love getting stuck in!
