You can sit on the shore, or you can spot that wave forming on the horizon, hop up on your board, and go for a ride. Maybe you feel a burst of adrenaline, or maybe the wave takes you under for a bit. One thing is for sure, I will always choose to surf and find out rather than stand idly by watching from the sand. I love a good puzzle. I have spent much of my career solving increasingly complex puzzles. Once I hit my stride with one type of puzzle, I abstract to the next layer. From development, to solution design, to digital strategy, to building teams of strategists.Today my focus is to grow the people on my team.
