Supporting the Field Operations Department at Franjo Construction with project logistics, quality control, and other project management skills.

Joined the Site/Civil Engineering team to deliver site engineering solutions for a variety of clients. Responsibilities included drawing management/quality control, permit submissions, and detailed analyses of existing site conditions.

Worked with project managers to oversee construction projects in Western Pennsylvania and streamline the process of construction. Tasks included quality and schedule control, active budget and cost review, and coordination with both design team and subcontractors. Projects ranged from speculative industrial buildings with tenant fit-outs to build-to-suit projects.

Worked with Conewago Enterprises' building and sitework estimators to produce construction bids for bulk distribution centers, municipal facilities, and other miscellaneous construction projects. Responsibilities included quantity takeoff, bid prepare and review, Agtek gradework simulations, and retaining wall preliminary designs using AutoCAD.

Worked in the field as general laborer, specializing in general concrete, carpentry, and tilt-up concrete construction. Responsibilities included concrete foundation construction, precast concrete and steel erection, operation of loading equipment, and interpreting drawings to create and perform quality control on tilt-up concrete forms. Job demanded good work ethic, critical thinking and creative problem solving. Projects included several bulk distribution centers in South-central Pennsylvania and Maryland, as well and municipal facilities and work for private owners.
