My law practice for the past 25+years has been focused in the related areas of Estate Planning, Probate, and Planning for Closely held businesses. I am a CPA (graduated summa cum laude from Southeast Missouri State University). I graduated from Memphis State University Law School in 1980. While there I served on Law Review and received the American Jurisprudence awards for Decedents Estates, Torts and Future Interests. I am a member of the Memphis Estate Planning Council. When time permits I enjoy presenting at Seminars for my attorney and cpa peers--recent topics include Top 10 Estate Planning techniques and the Tennessee Uniform Trust Code. I also have enjoyed teaching adult continuing education classes in Business Law and Estate Planning.
