Key Responsibilities: Develop nonstandard solution for Elevators.Give technical feasibility, create design and solutions for nonstandard requirements in tenders for Pubic transport elevators like Metro, Airports, Railway projects.Share technical requirements and discuss with vendors for required non-standard products and integrate them with the elevator. (Examples for non-standard product would be VOIP intercom, BMS/CMS, LCD displays, online UPS, etc)Create work instruction and BoM for the provided solution and establish as clear commissioning and maintenance /replacement process.Modernize old elevators with new Motor, electric drive, controller. (Selection of components, making BoM, testing and validating, making work instruction, bringing the solution on the automation system)

Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site technical support to engineers for solving elevator and escalator related problems.Convey the top technical problems in field and respective solutions to branch during monthly meetings.Support branch in reducing the mean time between call backs for elevators.Support branch reducing the material consumption by increasing field technical skills and avoiding unnecessary replacements.Provide technical training to the filed to uplift the field technical skills.Present monthly PPT to management team to show the technical status the branch.

Key Responsibilities: Maintenance of elevators in the entire branch.Commissioning of new elevators.Procure material for replacement material from vendor by providing PO and track transport details.Give BoM of required materials for modernization of elevators to head office for modernization jobs.Dismantling, installing, and commissioning of components for modernization elevator jobs.Bring new sales orders in increase the portfolio.Renewal of sales contracts.
