I have a Bachelor of Science in Electronics; hold various IT accreditations including: Microsoft Certified Professional and Apple Certified Engineer qualifications and have continued with professional development; successfully gaining substantial experience in the following areas: business analysis and large scale systems support, data analysis and reporting, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), project management, internal quality management, asset management and maintenance, business process mapping and modelling, auditing and end user training.I am currently employed with Keolis-Downer Adelaide, the operator of the Adelaide Metro Train network. My professional experience within the Asset Management sector for Keolis-Downer and the Oil and Gas Industry spans over twenty five years. I was previously employed with ADNOC Gas Processing (formerly known as GASCO) (SHELL, TOTAL, PARTEX and ADNOC Joint Venture), as Systems Coordinator since 2005 and previously as IT Support Engineer.Responsibilities in these dynamic, multi-faceted environment, with its high client service focus, encompass the planning, supervision reporting and coordination of all Asset Management and Maintenance activities (using the MAXIMO system), related to a multi-billion dollar operation across three gas plants. Additional responsibilities necessitate provision of leadership and direction to a team of data controllers, special projects management, business analysis, data management and analysis, change management and provision of end user training to a contingent of 800+ personnel. Maximo is used for asset management of the plant equipment, including Preventive Maintenance schedules, Job Plans, spare parts etc.I am a certified Internal Quality Management System Auditor (ISO 9001:2008) and was deeply involved in the project to secure ISO certification for my previous employer.
