building and running Excel reports for various NHS CCGs. This involves downloading and checking the data quality prior to issuing the report. Data retrieved from various websites and data warehouses like DPP. The reports include some commentary on performance.

New position starting 1st July. Looking forward to learning new things and delivering success for Car Care Plan.

Working within the Risk Management Team. Looking at data and helping them find better ways of presenting it to engage the audience more. Finding different ways of looking at the data to get more meaningful information.

IT Support. Supporting hand-held PC solution for around 1000 field-based staff. Major role in project to upgrade old devices to Motorola MC65 hand-held PCs, including writing test plans, project timeline, select pilot users, developing changes to bespoke software, writing training material and delivering training, dealing with 3rd party companies - IBM and Motorola in UK, software development company in Toronto. Assisted Hallmark offices in Netherlands and Australia with their hand-held PC solutions, evaluated software for company wide use, data analysis.

I was part of a project pool and we were allocated projects as and when they came up. Some required research and a business cases constructing, whilst others already had the business case written and approved and so had to be planned and implemented.Some of the projects on which I took part and managed were -Head Office Closure - Workstream leader on one part of a project to close one head office and move the work to another head office. Involved identifying what needed to be moved, the right department in the new head office to take on the work, planning training which involved identifying the staff to take on the work and arranging them to visit the closing head office so that they could learn the work, and ensuring that the IT systems in the new head office was updated to allow the new work to be successfully processed.Branch Network Closure - similar process to the Head Office closure, but this time leading the project.Disaster Recovery - Helped an outside consultant brought into to review and update the disaster recovery plans. Helped with process mapping the various processes and in writing the disaster recovery project.Reorganisation of Customer Services Department - moving a department from one reporting line to another. As a result, the new manager wanted the department moving to their area of the head office building, which involved working with IT regarding PCs and telephones, facilities to discuss office space and equipment (chairs, tables, etc), and the department being moved to ensure that they were up and running on time.Year 2000 Project - testing processes and documents to ensure that they were Year 2000 compliant. Testing on New Year's Day (3am), and floorwalking on first working day back to ensure that there were no issues and to deal with any questions from staff.
