As L&D teams come under increasing scrutiny to deliver and demonstrate real-world impact, I'm working with learning functions of all sizes to help them rise to the challenge.Whether in the form of workshops, roundtables, conversations, or longer-term consulting relationships, I facilitate the upskilling of L&D professionals with a focus on practical, real-world action. No complex models, no exams, and no post-nominals, just support and guidance on delivering maximum value.I semi-regularly speak at industry events, including World of Learning, Learning Technologies (London), LearnTech, ATD ICE, and other regional events.Between client engagements, I host the Instructional Design Tips YouTube channel, including the iDeas Podcast and the IDTX conferences. These all focus on sharing valuable, practical advice for L&D professionals at all experience levels.Since 2021, I have been on the board of directors for The Learning Network, and since 2022, I have chaired the network. Through the LN, I have organised several conferences and regional events, as well as organising the running of the network itself. I will resign as chair in January 2025 and leave the board in December 2025.
