He has a passion to create a culture that provides excellent patient care and has a successful track record of continuous improvement.Tom’s career as an executive in Health Services started in 1995 and he has held a number of progressively more senior positions including Executive Vice President, Lakeridge Health; Regional Vice President, Cancer Care Ontario; President & CEO Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital and Ingersoll Hospital; Vice President Clinical Services, North Wellington Health Care; Vice President Peterborough Regional Health Centre; and Director Planning, Thunder Bay Regional Hospital. Tom holds his Master of Public Administration from Queens University, a Bachelor of Science Occupational Therapy from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Arts Sociology from the University of Western Ontario. He has completed the Advanced Health Leadership Program from the Rotman School of Management.
