We provide regulatory compliance, HSSE, training services to Vessel Operators, and Shore Side Facilities in a variety of areas including deckhand, tankerman, steersman/ watch officers training. We have several approved USCG courses and programs. Extensive experience in development of processes to comply with regulatory requirements that exceeds missions and goals of company and customer satisfaction. Experience includes working Towing Vessel Master, Leadership roles in large liquid carrier companies, performs on-board navigation assessments along with working with regulatory agencies and federal advisory committees. Past Chairman of TSAC, representing operators, current federal advisory member of MERPAC representing license personnel. Worked with Subchapter M from the beginning to present and was chairman of many committees associated with drafting the regulatory text. Work with shore side organization in regulatory compliance from development of response plans, operations manuals and training of their personnel as well. Vast knowledge of maritime transportation industry as a whole working in many roles from a mariner, operations, and HSSE. Developed processes that significantly reduces injuries, accidents, and decreases turnover rates for new hires and other vessel positions.
