• Led rebranding and evolution of SAP AMS partner to become a leading SAP Build partner through the launch of 4 AI-enhanced, SAC-capable BTP product lines, including use case productivity optimization apps for Budgeting & Forecasting, PS/EPPM, DevOps, AR/AP, PRA/JVA, Data Governance, and BTP onboarding. • Created and managed a template-based factory for the rapid packaging and release of LCNC apps, complete with robust sales enablement toolkits, and demand gen campaigns.• Pioneered and pushed to market rapid SAP BTP Code & Data Readiness Assessments, both coupled with Live/Virtual “Bootcamps”, to promote BTP adoption and onboarding. Both programs have attracted SAP global co-sponsorship and promotion and exceeded annual pipeline goals.• Mentored and directed a cross-cultural PMO of 8 (Research, Creative/Content, Graphics, Web, SEO, CRM, Social & PR) to work in seamless collaboration with executive, advisory, and solution development teams.• Created “Peak Performer” customer showcase and published SAP success stories deemed partner-best by SAP’s BTP Center of Excellence, further driving demand.
