For the last two years, Tom has taken on the role of Productivity Product Owner (PO). Initially supporting rolling out Vendor Software across Motor teams, and more recently tasked with the broader PO role Nationally. Key responsibilities include, but not limited to; Business EngagementReporting CapabilityWays of Working RefinementContinuous Improvement across data captureProcess Enhancement Prior to taking on the role of Motor PO, Tom spent five years managing Motor Claim Assessing Teams and was also accountable for Supply Chain performance. In July 2015, Tom joined the Strategic Innovation division within Suncorp for a 12 month secondment. This division ensures Suncorp remains a competitive business well into the future by enabling and embedding a Strategic Risk framework within the broader business, build and manage a portfolio of Strategic Options to manage the Strategic Risks, and enable the business to evolve its business models to remain relevant and resilient over time.Tom has over 19 years experience in the Insurance industry, and over the past 12 years he has managed a number of business units across Personal Insurance.He has held a broad variety of roles, and one of his strengths is a demonstrated ability to successfully deliver business results in a diverse range of positions and challenging business environments.He has been accountable for a number of Operational teams and functional business units including both Claims & People Management.
