Lead a team of 4 instructors and 3 multimedia specialists responsible for augmenting resident units in the development and execution of their Leader Training and Development Programs. Assist unit commanders in planning, resourcing, and executing collective and individual leader training plans by providing a wide range of leader training products and services that are founded upon current Army doctrine and encorporate leadership theory from both military and civilian sources.
