A report is then sent back to the client quickly; describing their profile which is illustrated in a powerful, perceptive, and easy-to-understand manner. The four Primary Traits are:Dominance - The Controlling, Authoritative traitThese people focus on getting results, they are very competitive, decisive, and not afraid of taking risks. High Dominants are self-confident, and motivated by daily challenges and tangible results.Extroversion - The Outgoing, Persuasive traitThey are outgoing, friendly, optimistic and persuasive, eloquent, enthusiastic and enjoy interacting with people. They are motivated by praise and public recognition, and work their best face to face. Misunderstandings can arise with High Dominants when the Extrovert wants to put people ahead of results.Patience: The caring, paced trait They are very relaxed, patient, stable and steady, they accomplish things by working at it. A typical High Patient person will have a motto of "I have started so I will finish." They are more of the listener who try to settle conflicts by compromise. Above all they want to preserve relationships, and will go out of their way to help others. Conformity: The Systematic traitThis set of people are very precise, careful, dedicated and concerned about what is right. They follow rules, ideology and text books.
