A professional career in rugby has so far given me a wealth of experiences of the performance environment, leading teams, and exploring the mental side of high performance. I have always been in teams and am interested in the dynamic of individuals working together to achieve personal and group goals. The experiences of recent years have allowed me to learn a good deal about helping people get the best out of themselves, often in high pressure scenarios.I am a performance coach who is passionate about well-being and making the most of our opportunities. I am always open to working with individuals who are seeking to explore their limits and occupy all of their space in the world.
