This was a home based part-time business repairing Outdoor Power Equipment. I was responsible for the total operation of my business including incoming problem analysis and disposition, repair, billing, customer service, and delivery.

Shipping & Receiving. Requires use of forklifts, pallet jacks, IFS, Excel, Word. Responsible for inspecting incoming materials, verifying orders received for accuracy, packaging and shipping products, preparing and scheduling courier deliveries.

My responsibilities included assuming supervision duties in the absence of production supervisor and reporting to management the daily metrics following Lean Manufacturing principles.
