I founded CEO Quest because I want to help tech company CEOs be great. I've experienced the life of CEO of a fast growing tech company. It was exciting. It was hard. It was ultimately a very rewarding experience. Along the way, as I migrated through the eye of the needle on the path towards growth and profitability, I was privileged to benefit from the advice and counsel of a few trusted facilitators and fellow CEOs; these friends and colleagues made me better.CEO Quest helps selected CEOs of fast-growing technology companies increase effectiveness and velocity. In small-group CEO forums and one-on-one meetings, a deep exposition of their companies' key challenges enables each participant to gain from the collective wisdom, supported by a rigorous method and powerful tools. This results in a more and more effective use of money and time, the guidance to make products better and better faster and faster, and the path to win and keep more and more customers.

Digital Air Strike has two product lines: Response Logix and Social Logix. Response Logix is the leader in the automotive prospect management space; Social Logix is the leader in the automotive social media and reputation management space.

Joined Charles River as an EIR. Evaluated investment opportunities and began thinking through the concepts that became the company I co-founded, ResponseLogix.

Was founding director of the Lab, and had the privilege to work with top students from the journalism, engineering, business and design schools on cutting-edge new media research. A study of the online behaviors of Gen Y consumers led to a set of strategy recommendations to the executive team at Gannett Newspapers, the largest newspaper company in the US. During this time, I had the opportunity to develop the ideas that ultimately led to my own startup.

Led $220 million, 280-person company to 50% 2005 and 36% 2006 growth until sale of Knight Ridder in June. Won National Headliner Award for Katrina coverage; cited for online coverage that contributed to Biloxi Sun Herald's Pulitzer Prize
