Ngata (hello).I am a proud Gunditjmara man and a creative professional with training across numerous fields. I currently work at Monash University Performing Arts Centres (MPAC) as the Senior Producer, First Nations, uplifting Indigenous creative programming across all of our activities and venues. Recently I was the Manager, Indigenous Inclusion in the Office of Indigenous Strategy & Innovation at Deakin University. I supported the delivery of Deakin's First Nations Education and Employment Strategies, as well as developing initiatives to increase access, outreach, success and retention for Indigenous students.I'm a theatre actor, director & playwright, working across many projects over 15 years, and am a founding member of the award-winning ensemble 'Bloomshed'. I received the 2023 Green Room Award for Best Performer (Independent Theatre) for my solo performance in 'The Mission', which toured Australia in 2022.
