CurrentActing as an integral project member, responsible for providing support across a range of diverse financial integration projects for a large portfolio of hotels throughout EMEA.Support key finance integration projects from inception through to completion. Coordinating all areas of planning and development phases and collaborating with the wider project team to ensure successful deliverables.Develop good business relations with internal and external stakeholders. Consistently ensuring the successful delivery of projects that are targeted to financial process improvements. Identify and implement areas of improvement to project delivery process to successfully meet the needs of the business. Providing key insights to simplify and improve existing processes. Maintain accountability and apply effective critical thinking and problem solving to actively troubleshoot any issues throughout the project lifecycle. Liaise between cross-functional internal teams to ensure the swift resolution of any issue raised, communicate financial data and ensure compliance for auditing purposes. Deliver periodic training and coaching for project team members. Providing support and encouragement to promote the success of the team.
