Dainese's distribution model includes company-owned D-Stores, the flagships of the brand, and I manage the operations of the home store near the company's U.S. headquarters. We also underwent an extensive remodeling project in 2015, that required some construction project management. I'm proud to say that our team has exceeded our goals, and sales have.

With a staff of three, we drove Saddlemen's sales and marketing efforts, from primary distributor sales through to the dealer and end user. Due to changes in the marketplace, accompanying the economic downturn, the company experienced a sharp decline and I was part of a downsizing effort.

I guided several apparel brands from initial concept through their lifecycle. Fairchild Sports had acquired Intersport Fashion West (below) and I continued on with the brands that remained after our divesting of the Firstgear line, our most prominent in-house brand.

My responsibilities included pretty much everything along the lifecycle of the Firstgear brand, from overseeing the product development team to sell-through at distributor and dealer level.
