I am not able to really explain what I do, but it is a call center and data entry center for an important client.

Servicing existing and potential clients over the telephone or in person by: quoting Property & Casualty insurance products, making changes to existing policies, taking claims reports, following up on claims processes, receiving payments, researching questions, suggesting other coverages. Accessed FEMA’s National Flood Insurance Program’s website to quote.

Part of leadership team for pioneering new Youth With A Mission office in Berlin, Germany. Planning and setting up administration. Hosted teams from other Youth With A Mission locations: setting up activity schedules, accommodation and escorting teams through the city. German language learning. Teaching and training.

I held a number of positions while at this location, some concurrently.I was a course leader and teacher, a base leadership team member, the building manager, the registrar, a course staff member and the personnel director.

Answered telephone calls and handled mail from customers to makechanges to or to issue new Automobile, Homeowners, Renters, Fire, Umbrella, Pleasure Boat andPersonal Articles Floater (inland marine) policies. Answered questions related to these policies. Suggested other types of coverages or policies the customers might need. Did initial underwriting.
