Cultivate a learning organizational mentality and play key role with educating, teaching and maintaining engagement among new hires into the group. Ensure proper communication and balance for financials in the engineering log book. Support development and attend peer reviews as required. Oversee development of design, technical and legal feasibilities. Engage as needed to interface with program team and assists with EWOs. Assist with the eSOR process and ensure timing and correctness to enable on time sourcing. Organize strategy and budget for IVER build lamps.

Program: Cadillac ATS CoupeResponsibilities: As IRT I assume leadership responsibility for resolving product and process engineering issues quickly. Set direction for the IRT activities relative to issue resolution, tracking and decision making. I hold resources accountable, provide focus to the team, assists in the removal of roadblocks. I facilitate IRT meetings, ensure all process opportunities are reviewed prior to recommending product changes, setup ETO and PTR, assists in verifying the latest parts are at the build, review, approve, rollback PRTS at every step until closed, take active roll with matching events, attend / support plant launch events as primary area contact on core launch team. I have quarantined stock, established short term containment and reworks and certified stock.

Responsibilities: Attend all program meetings, studio reviews, typical section, CIT and PMT meetings. Coordinate and facilitate PDT meetings, which are held weekly with the Lead Integration Engineers and surrounding interface DRE’s, timing and sometimes purchasing. Responsible for writing or assisting with ICD, TWO, BSD, BWO, EWO and assist in or personally do the data banking for milestone releases. I also answer PRC and PRTS issues that come up during prototype and production builds, which require a 5 phase, or engineering changes for closure. I have supported launches at FairFax Assembly Plant and Detroit-Hamtramck assembly plant. I have also worked with suppliers Valeo, Stanley, SKoito, SL America, SL Korea, Magna, Hella, Automotive Lighting, NAL and many small lamps suppliers. I also was the QRD lead for SKoito and actively assisted in warranty part return, investigations and engineering changes. I participated and ran the design checking team.

Responsibilities: Assumed program manager position, assisted with design and released GMX 386 program, while learning and applying GM standards and process. (PRTS, E Squared system, Peer Reviews, Design Reviews, release math files in GM system. I was the single point contact (liaison) between GM and SKOITO design and manufacturing facilities. This involves exchanging data, and keeping SKoito onsite/offsite engineering and designers up to date with daily activity. In addition, I also traveled to Skoito’s Shanghai, China engineering center to review first shots, fixtures and assembly line equipment. I supported containerization development, IVER builds, matching events and production launch at GM’s FairFax assembly plant in Kansas City, Kansas and Detroit-Hamtramck assembly plant in Detroit, MI.

Assumed the position of program manager, while learning and applying GM standards and process. (PRTS, E Squared system, Peer Reviews, Design Reviews, release math files in GM system. Support all onsite meetings PDT, CIT, etc). Supported IVER builds, matching events (local and Lordstown, OH) and production launch at Lordstown, Ohio Assembly Plant. Required multiple trips to GM assembly plant in Ohio as well as Guide Corporation’s engineering center in Pendleton, IN.

Required multiple trips to GM assembly plant in Mexico as well as Valeo Sylvania assembly plant in Queretaro, Mexico.
