Responsibilities: Attend all program meetings, studio reviews, typical section, CIT and PMT meetings. Coordinate and facilitate PDT meetings, which are held weekly with the Lead Integration Engineers and surrounding interface DRE’s, timing and sometimes purchasing. Responsible for writing or assisting with ICD, TWO, BSD, BWO, EWO and assist in or personally do the data banking for milestone releases. I also answer PRC and PRTS issues that come up during prototype and production builds, which require a 5 phase, or engineering changes for closure. I have supported launches at FairFax Assembly Plant and Detroit-Hamtramck assembly plant. I have also worked with suppliers Valeo, Stanley, SKoito, SL America, SL Korea, Magna, Hella, Automotive Lighting, NAL and many small lamps suppliers. I also was the QRD lead for SKoito and actively assisted in warranty part return, investigations and engineering changes. I participated and ran the design checking team.

Responsibilities: Assumed program manager position, assisted with design and released GMX 386 program, while learning and applying GM standards and process. (PRTS, E Squared system, Peer Reviews, Design Reviews, release math files in GM system. I was the single point contact (liaison) between GM and SKOITO design and manufacturing facilities. This involves exchanging data, and keeping SKoito onsite/offsite engineering and designers up to date with daily activity. In addition, I also traveled to Skoito’s Shanghai, China engineering center to review first shots, fixtures and assembly line equipment. I supported containerization development, IVER builds, matching events and production launch at GM’s FairFax assembly plant in Kansas City, Kansas and Detroit-Hamtramck assembly plant in Detroit, MI.
