I started at Markertek in 1988 when it was in a very small office in upstate New York. As we grew from 4 employees, with hard work and dedication - eventually, Markertek drew global attention from founder Mark Braunstein's vision and industry foresight. I became National Sales Manager for Markertek 1991-2012 - In 2012, I migrated to administrate e-commerce sales with direct customer communication and support portals. In 2017, I was escalated to Team Leader to coordinate staffing for sales intake, order interface / follow-up and advanced customer support. In 2022, I was assigned to assist with vendor relations for product support / returns. I enjoy working within the A/V Industry for over 35 years - to assist in supplying a vast landscape of customers in media / cinema production, audio engineering, HD transfer / replication and end user sales. During my career - I've shared our company's vast technical knowledge database with customers for their applications and professional product purchases. I have a passion for audio and have worked with many field engineers, talent / artists, admins and support. I enjoy my relationships with many accounts in the A/V, IT, Broadcast and Cinema industries. I like to work within a customer-centric environment and consult a high level of trends and marketing. In my past, I've worked as a videographer and filmed hundreds of hours of footage in the 1980/90's for many musical artists for archive / cinema / broadcast releases. I have a connection to / or working relationships with many Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Grammy award winning musicians, artists, studios and producers. I've lived for over 50 years in the Woodstock NY area with my family, friends and colleagues and can truly say - I enjoy what I do... TM
