Lead team GettingBackOnTrack22 on a walking expedition from Ramsgate to London Victoria via the intermediate stations. All in aid of MindUK to raise awareness around mental health issues and show the benefits of walking and talking. I am a former publican who spent 11 years overseeing the day to day running of four fully licensed premises. I remain in possession of a personal license and a designated premises supervisor license. I lead a team of 35-40 staff on a daily basis. Was tasked daily with drafting anything from rosters, to risk assessments, to the ordering of stock for all outlets. A highlight remains the man management side of the role. Working with people is the greatest side of any employment. I am now a conductor based at Ramsgate station and my CV highlight within the job is receiving a National Rail Award nomination in 2018 and recently winning a silver award courtesy of Southeastern, with the potential for that to be made into a gold award in the future. I have now passed my drivers assessment and look forward to the opportunity at an interview in the near future.
