Created and executed a three-year strategic plan to transform the company’s mortgage technology and loan origination platform while reducing operating costs by 22%.

Responsible for integration of legacy lending platforms leading to the largest U.S. mortgage servicing conversion, moving over 5 million loans (a $699B portfolio) onto a new loan servicing platform.
