Manage day to day IT operations including supporting applications and IT infrastructure for over 1300 skilled nursing beds, three independent Senior Centers, a nursing school, a hi-tech Home Health Agency, a Staffing Agency and multiple Senior Housing facilities. Responsibilities include financial planning, disaster recovery planning, contract/vendor management, and clinical/financial IT operations management. Specific duties include:• Develop IT strategy and quality processes to support clinical, operations and finance departments. • Oversee support and ongoing improvements for all back-end support systems including Great Plains Financials, Ceridian Payroll and Kronos Time & Attendance.• Analyze the needs of the organization and establish priorities for system design including the implementation and development of new application systems. • Establish, plan, and administer the overall strategic vision, policies and procedures and goals for technology at the organization. • Oversee all help desk and network management functions for over 1000 users.• Serve as ongoing liaison to user groups to implement information programs, ascertain needs and acceptance and resolve problem situations.
