I have been teaching yoga for over 20 years. Formally, I trained in Hatha Yoga at Yoga Works in Santa Monica, California in 1997. As a devoted meditation practitioner and facilitator, I draw from Tibetan Buddhism, Taoism, Tantra and other sacred traditions. I have also been a professional massage therapist and energy healer for over 30 years. I have pursued various spiritual teachings and healing modalities throughout my entire life. My first introduction into spiritual studies was through my Father, an avid meditation and tai chi practitioner, reiki healer and spiritual seeker. I live and practice by the philosophy that we are all capable of being fully alive and aware beings, if we are wholeheartedly open and willing. You can find me at any of my public classes held almost every day of the week! Join me in Brentwood at AZIAM Yoga or in Beverly Hills at ALO Yoga.
