I founded Alive and Thrive Wellbeing Limited n 2010. We are very qualified for all sorts of things around corporate training and consulting, but have had enough of all that! Our focus is now purely on laughter for wellbeing working with global and local companies, teams, charities, couples and individuals. That is all we do - Laugh!

I have been working on an associate basis with Hemsley Fraser since 2013. I have specialised in designing and delivering open and in-house diversity and inclusion training, and employee engagement training to global and multi-national company leaders. My focus is now on career coachng.Companies that I have engaged with include the BBC, Samsung, Mitsubishi, Sketchers UK, Mizuho Bank, and others. I have now left this role.

I chaired the Engage for Success (E4S) London Region Thought and Action Group on behalf of the National Employee Engagement Task Force and CIPD. I facilitate strategic representatives to explore more on applying this challenging area so that they can breathe passion back into their own business on employee engagement. My membership of the Neuroleadership Institute kept me updated of the latest developments around neuroscience in relation to leadership, management and people development. Since qualifying as a neurochemistry wellbeing coach with the ILM I now have other means of achieving this. Also, the NLI has cancelled its individual membership facility that is now open only to large corporates.

Leading the corporate diversity and inclusion teams from 2006 - 2010 was my final role in the MPS.
