Acted as lead database developer and subject matter expert, using Azure hosted SQL Server databases to power our product; responsibilities such as designing application logic, schema & table design, stored procedure/function creation, and scripting application components kept our product running smoothly. In this role, I designed and coded algorithms for multiple integration models, coordinating data structure and delivery methods with outside vendors to ensure technical requirements were being met and allowing customers to sync their inventory to our system programmatically. I was also tasked with creating SQL driven reports for internal and external view. All while maintaining database integrity and day-to-day operations by managing user access, resource provisioning, performance tuning, release deployment, and creation/maintenance of automation jobs.I was also behind the implementation of Azure Data Factory and Azure Automation pipelines to automate database scripts and nightly jobs, reducing manual work for our team, and created/deployed release scripts, and version-controlled code modifications.

Mediaocean is an advertising services and software company which provides multi-platform advertising sales solutions for the media industry.At Mediaocean, I am a member of the client support staff working on our sell-side software. My primary responsibility is to help our clients maintain their workflow by resolving issues that arise in their daily business practices while providing first line support as it pertains to our product. In practice, my office is responsible for tending to the needs of our clients when there are issues with our software; whether it be a data condition, internal defect, or integration issue. This requires the ability to back track users' actions, spot irregularities in procedures, and craft resolutions to complex and sometimes urgent problems. An important part of doing that is by managing the many collaborative efforts needed to maintain our clients' productivity. This often requires working internally with our development and operations teams, while simultaneously communicating with outside vendors to help restore the customer in a timely manner. In reality, the contribution of our team is seen in the interactions we have with our clients. As a support team, my co-workers and I manage the day-to-day communication between our company and the media outlets, outside vendors, and advertisers who rely on our product to carry out their business needs. Working with our Client Services team, we strive to not only resolve issues when they occur but to continually improve our relationship with our clients, by maintaining open lines of communication and providing a wealth of knowledge for our customers use.For the past three years, I have focused primarily on supporting our clients who license our SAP Web Intelligence BI tool, consulting on report building and customization, explaining and correcting data discrepancies, and managing permissions and universe settings. My main responsibility is to report on local sporting events and provide articles by a set deadline for publication. My role as a correspondent includes gathering news, leads, and information prior to the event, prepping an article, attending the event, taking stats, and interviewing persons of interest; before writing and submitting a story which meets predetermined guidelines for next day publication.
