The key responsibilities and accountabilities of this position are: • Principal advisor and subject matter expert to the Defence Managing Director for Defence Products and Defence Projects.• Lead, manage and support members allocated to my team.Product Owner:• Lead the design development and implementation of the Defence Product Roadmap, including the vision and innovation for Defence products.• Lead the Defence product design, development and growth, process undertaken by the Dingo Products and Engineering business units.• Represent the assigned and future customer/s and their requirements (customer proxy) into the agile team to ensure the customer’s requirements are fulfilled in the development of Defence products. • Formally accept delivery of Defence products from the Senior Product Manager and Senior Engineering Manager and lead Defence product launch activities. Project Lead:• Lead Defence projects, from start-up through to closure and delivery to customer.• Be prepared to build, resource, project manage and lead a bespoke Defence project team.• Apply project management discipline across all aspects of project delivery using Dingo appropriate project management methodologies (PMM). Without limiting the scope of this statement, this includes PMBoK, PRINCE2, Agile and other contemporary PMM. • Adopt and integrate into customer-led projects and their project management methodologies.
