As a project manager, I have experience implementing many initiatives promoted by the Government Construction Strategy. I manage projects through the application of structured processes, mitigating risks, controlling change in-flight, and tracking progress. I can apply methodologies informed by leading industry models such as Lean, Prince2, Critical Chain etc., and also best practice initiatives such as soft landings. Whilst competence and qualification are pre-requisite, I am also acutely aware that relationships and attitude are critical to success, and lead by example, promoting a proactive and collaborative approach.
