Planning and coordinating the Mobile/UNIX testing team product releases. Android, iOS, Windows Mobile, Mac, Linux and Chrome platforms.

Having had previous experience within the Windows Testing team I was again re positioned back into my old team.Focusing mainly on Windows products again, i was also given the chance to help guide one of the teams apprentices. Helping him understand and learn testing practises, operating systems and problem diagnosis. I have lead product testing on various products ensuing all aspects of the product has been tested thoroughly before release. Day to day duties involve working closely with the Windows testing team, my apprentice, the developers of the products and liaising with the support team. When required, I still help the mobile testing team testing our iOS and Android applications.

As part of a department move around, i was re assigned to work as part of the Mac/Linux/Mobile testing team.Although this role still included testing using Windows and the Windows Products we develop i also became exposed to Linux and Mac operating systems.Mac 10.5, 10.6, 10.7 and 10.8 Various Linux versions.To keep with the times the company introduced mobile applications that worked with the core product range, this meant testing on Android and iOS operating systems.Using various brands of Android devices and both iPhones/iPads i have a tested and helped release mobile applications for the business.

Started at NetSupport as a Software Test Analyst as part of the Windows testing team.Used various versions of Windows OS to test the companies product range.Windows XP, Vista, 7, Server 2003/2008. Writing and updating test plans to cover all functionality of the products.
