As a Principal at ERM I lead the delivery of M&A EHS and ESG due diligence assignments on behalf of financial and industrial sector Clients to identify ESG-related risks, liabilities, and opportunities throughout the investment lifecycle, driving value creation. Having worked within leading sustainability advisory firms for over 10 years, I have developed long-term relationships with Clients and delivered numerous acquisition and vendor due diligence assessments across a range of sectors. Applying my expert technical knowledge and experience of transactions, my focus is always on identifying and interpreting risks and opportunities and presenting these concisely, within the context of the transaction, to enable Clients to make informed investment/divestment decisions. I am passionate about creating positive environmental and social outcomes for my Clients and the local and global communities they operate in through innovation, collaboration and striving for excellence.
