I am responsible for all Aon Insurance and reinsurance global eBusiness back-office Accounting and Claims data exchange connections using ACORD-based Rüschlikon standards. In this capacity, I chair several industry ebusiness committees. I chair the Rüschlikon Business Implementation Group, which addresses technical and business-related implementation issues. In addition, I chair the Rüschlikon North American Group, which brings together all North American ACORD members who implement the ACORD-based Standards. I am also a member of Ruschlikon Steering Committee.
