I have worked for over 30 years implementing a variety of ERP and CRM applications. I have been involved as a solution architect, implementation consultant, trainer, pre-sales consultant and project leader for over 50 system implementations. For the last 13 years, I have primarily worked with SAP Business One. I have also worked in a variety of industries including; medical device manufacturing, tool and die shops, capital equipment, electronics distribution, food manufacturing and distribution, chemical processing, automotive manufacturing, non –profit organizations, commercial property management, association management, media companies, and professional service organizations. In addition to my ERP implementation experience, I have worked with my clients to implement lean manufacturing, process improvements, guided system selection, and CRM initiatives. I am certified SAP consultant. In addition, I hold an APICS CPIM, CIRM certification and I am a certified Microsoft CRM Application Professional.Before I started as a consultant, I spent the first part of my career working in manufacturing plants. A few of my management and leadership roles included supervising production control employees, engineering records, inventory accuracy and control, material planning and forecasting. I bring practical experience from my vocation to my clients today. Most importantly, I am curious. I want to really understand my clients’ business. Implementing any new system can be risky. Change can be difficult, and will challenge an organization and the individual employees. It is important to understand more than just the technology but the entire process and the people involved.
