Tom has over 21 years of IT experience with 16 years in SAP/Netweaver ABAP development. He has been engaged on full cycle implementations in HCM/Payroll, SD, MM, FI, WM PP and PS.Tom has leaded an HCM implementation in a configuration role for PA and OM modules. His strength is in HCM development and is trained in HCM Master Data, Organizational Management and Payroll configuration. He has also implemented OpenText Employee File Management (EFM), on-line Adobe interactive forms with Webdynpro for Java and web services for SAP. On various projects Tom has filled the role of ABAP team lead and sub-lead responsible for up to 9 ABAP developers. Development lead role involved budgeting, task scheduling, holding weekly status meetings, project status reporting, issues resolution, coordinating between off-shore and on-site development and client liaison. In addition, Tom has written technical and functional specifications, performed QA code reviews, unit tests, supported functional team during integration testing and conducted blue-printing workshops.
