Investing in Children. Changing Futures.Kingswood is a private, Christian Home for Children. Since 1943, we have invested in over 7000 children physically, emotionally, spiritually, and academically. We serve boys and girls, ages 5-18 who have been displaced due to situations of abandonment, abuse, and neglect. Kingswood provides a safe haven for children to heal, to be loved, and to learn Christian values. Our mission is "Bringing healing to hurting children and families in HIS name." Georgia

Medical Missions Ministries was started in 1987 by Hermann Alb and his wife, Linda, to spread the gospel and plant churches through medical care to the rural poor in Guatemala. Beginning with only an old Toyota Corolla and a handful of medicines, God has blessed this ministry richly. Today, we send 30+ short-term U.S. teams (from 15 U.S. churches/nonprofits) per year to assist in approximately 100 medical clinics through a network of multi-denominational churches. We have 15 full-time staff in Guatemala and a ministry center that sleeps 50 people. We have started micro-enterprise business training through Business Partners International (“BPI”), teacher/principal education clinics, pastors’ conferences, youth conferences, skills workshops (welding and sewing) and food for the poor programs we have adopted 6 communities where we are giving micronutrients to about 250 women. We are training what we call Health Guardians to teach others in their villages to help prevent sickness. We also partner with churches who come to build homes. We are assisting in mobilizing the Guatemalan church to become a mission-minded church. None of this could have been possible without our amazing team!

For 47 years, MUST has established itself as a servant leader caring for those in need in the Marietta, Smyrna and Canton/Cherokee county communities. Currently assisting in the Must Ministries Capital Campaign for new contruction of a consolidated campus with UPS Georgia District and UPS Foundation.

Responsible for the analysis, comprehenson, and identifying potential business risk and recommending mitigation strategies. Ensured consistency in the legal and business policies and positions taken by UPS. Supported the fact finding and evaluation of legal and compliance matters. Managed the contract negotiations translating customer and UPS responsibilities into legally binding contract language. Provided guidance to UPS business units and external customers to resolve disputes and ensure consistency and compliance with UPS Policies.Developed standard agreements and contracts to ensure legal compliance and that UPS policy requirements are met. Maintained a compliance engagement database to record past engagements and develop best practices for future engagements. Developed and managed Growth Strategies and execution of same. Managed the forecasting of the Top Peak Season Enterprise accounts and compliance for volume and revenue in conjunction with network capabilities.

Ups Corporate

Provided direction and strategies supporting the UPS Sales enterprise from Middle Market to Global. Gathered data from both internal and external sources to create baseline cost to serve models inclusive of the impact of the implementation of specialized solutions. Estabished success measures and matrices for each customer engagement to define objectives and validate successuful integration.Participated and engaged as lead instructor in UPS's sales training and strategies (STAR I and STAR II). Provided insight into the analysis of existing and prospective customer financials to align UPS's breath of solutions and the potential financial impact to a customers financials (DSO, Inventory Turns, Top Line Sales Increase, CCC, Etc..) and provided simulations and insights into negotiations.

Developed and managed middle market and enterprise account strategies and relationships for respective book of business across the complete UPS enterprise. Identified and analyzed sales and value proposition opportunities to determine solutions, reduce cost, increase efficiency to grow and retain revenue and profitability.
