Tom oversees Marketing and Growth at Evereve, one of the fastest-growing specialty retailers in the US, with 100+ stores across 30 states, a thriving e-commerce business (evereve.com), and a personal styling service called Trendsend. His functional responsibilities include Brand Strategy, Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Research & Insights, Creative, Content, Voice & Design, Media, Digital, Social, Influencers, Affiliates, PR, Events, Acquisition, Retention and LTV.

Tom managed Peterson Milla Hooks (PMH) – a highly-regarded creative agency specializing in retail, fashion, home and beauty brands – between 2007-2015, and then again in 2017, where he oversaw brand strategy, creative strategy, operations, talent, senior client relationships, and overall financial performance. He also led business development, cultivating an impressive roster of clients that included Target, Athleta, Sephora and GAP. Ad Age named PMH its "Comeback Agency of the Year" in 2013.

Tom joined Best Buy as Chief Creative Officer – a new role for the company – to lead the creative portion of Best Buy’s brand transformation. As an executive member of Best Buy’s marketing team, Tom was responsible for all creative work, including advertising campaigns, new product launches, design refreshes for stores and bestbuy.com, and the redesign of Geek Squad. His “Win the Holidays” and “How to College” campaigns were two of the most successful in recent company history. Tom also was charged with building a strong internal creative team – recruiting top-tier talent from agencies, and eventually moving the majority of Best Buy’s creative and production work in-house.

Flew the friendly skies on United Airlines (global account), promoted 6-inch subs for Subway (yes, I worked with Jared), and stayed at a Holiday Express last night.

Scratched my entrepreneurial itch as a co-founder and managing partner of One & All. Cold calling, all-nighters, frozen pizza, and anxiety about making payroll – I loved every minute of it. Accounts included Culver's, Target, Summit Brewing, PBSKids, HoneyBaked Ham, and Red Wing Boots. One & All was a finalist for the 4A's O'Toole Award - Small Agency of the Year.

Working at W+K was like getting a chance to step on field with the 1927 Yankees. My accounts included Diet Coke/Coca-Cola Light (global), the 2000 Summer Olympics, and Silicon Valley-based investment bank Robertson Stephens.

I can't imagine a better place to have learned the fundamentals. My accounts were Jim Beam Brands, United Airlines, Einstein Bros. Bagels and Qualcomm. Fallon was named "Agency of the Year" in each of my first two years. Coincidence?
