As the Senior Director of Global Security at Convoy of Hope, I provide safety and security leadership for the organization both domestically and internationally. Convoy is a global, faith-based organization with 600+ Team Members, that serves vulnerable communities. Since its founding in 1994, Convoy of Hope has served more than 250 million people across the globe. I have 34 years of combined experience in Crisis Management, Emergency Management, Law Enforcement, Federal Law, Threat Management (National oversight) and Physical Security. I received my degree focused in Psychology and Criminology from Missouri State University.I was the SAC of the Fort Worth and Charlotte divisions from 2014 - 2023. As Special Agent in Charge, I was responsible for the oversight of overall operations including criminal and security programs in North/South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Georgia. Programs include: Mail Fraud, Mail Theft, Violent Crimes, Narcotics, Child Exploitation, Revenue Investigations, and Money Laundering. I provided security oversight for the US Postal Service (People, Property and Processes).
