About Tom Oluwole

Over the last 17 years, my work experience has been focused on enabling transformation and growth initiatives. For 8 years I worked as a management consultant (Deloitte & KPMG), recommending and supporting the implementation of these initiatives. During the other 9 years I have been directly involved in designing and driving the implementation of these types of initiatives.I have effectively working with other executive management and business leaders to define, plan, implement and track strategic initiatives as the building blocks for business transformation and growth.I am fortunate to have been involved in a number of business initiatives involving corporate restructuring, strategic repositioning, start-ups, mergers & acquisitions (M&As) and technology implementations involving solutions like Workday, Sailpoint, Salesforce, SAP, and Cloud Migration This diverse and rich background provides me with a unique blend of perspectives and experiences that equips me to be effective transformation catalyst at the personal and organizational level.In my view, transformation programs fail not because of inadequate concepts and plans, but due to inadequate balance of business and people dimensions. Working with leaders in various industries, I see that collaboration with business leaders is critical for the success of all transformation or growth initiatives. Accordingly, I have garnered effective influencing skills required to partner with business leaders to achieve success in such initiatives.My personal values of Integrity, Diligence, Excellence, Audacity and Leadership (IDEAL) continue to be my guiding light in how I deliver my services to my client.In my non-working hours, I listen to music, sing and compose songs.
