The frameworks account for contextual shifts, incorporate lessons learned and ensure consistency with other DFAT frameworks.c) Provide ongoing monitoring, analysis, advice, and develop reports to inform implementation of Australia’s humanitarian programs in the Middle East and Africa. d) Translate monitoring data and open-source information (as appropriate) into useable tools and formats to help guide DFAT’s discussions with partners, partner implementation and internal governance and reporting arrangements.e) Provide technical assistance to DFAT to ensure quality monitoring including extending technical assistance to direct partner engagement as facilitated by DFAT.f) Facilitate workshops with DFAT (including Canberra and posts) to capture achievements of humanitarian programming.

Main AccomplishmentsOversight of a £3.5 million regional youth economic governance programme focused on skills development, lobbying and advocacy, business incubation and access to financing aimed at job creation and income generation for communities in post-conflict Sierra Leone and Liberia.Successfully led in security risks and vulnerability assessments for interventions targeting Ivorian refugees in Liberia following post-election violence in Ivory Coast.Successfully led the design and implementation of €1.5 million Innovative Integrated Food Security Programme in Sierra Leone funded by the European Commission.
