I am responsible for guiding our journey to digitally transform the way we deliver legal services and leverage cutting edge AI while maintaining durable, scalable, and most importantly compliant systems and processes to support our legal department's high-volume work. My strategy and leadership approaches were built in the trenches. I've been supporting the delivery of legal services for over 20 years, both at law firms and in-house legal departments, from paralegal to financial and operational roles.
