As a Chartered Engineer, my expertise spans information systems, mechanical and transport engineering. With extensive experience in orchestrating the planning and execution of complex engineering programmes, my objective is to drive significant contributions to the ongoing evolution of technology.Previously, I directed five major equipment support projects as part of the Army’s future wheeled vehicle procurement programme. My strategic acumen was pivotal in formulating a compelling business case that secured an additional £1Bn investment for the procurement of mechanized vehicles.Thriving in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, I am deeply passionate about cultivating and inspiring high-performing teams. I am committed to driving change and continuously refining processes to optimize safety, quality, and productivity.Some of my key achievements include:• Spearheaded the design of digital software which generates the most suitable combination of assets to better plan the deployment of repair teams, representing a step change in timeliness and performance.• Continuous Improvement Lead; earned ‘Silver’ accreditation for compliance with the Army’s Continuous Improvement policy – the first in the UK’s Armoured Division to do so.• Awarded Commendation in 2022 Queen’s Birthday Honours List after managing an urgent £10M project to deal with the exposure of personnel to noise.
