IT and Digital Project Delivery consultant.Responsible for the identification, qualification, development and delivery of Digitize services to selected organisations across UK, Europe and beyond. Dealing with IT and Technical Managers at all levels up to and including Executive Board Level.I specialise in and around the provision of external technical resource to private and public sector organisations with a major emphasis being on Service Delivery. I manage the full delivery lifecycle in recruitment. Responsibilities include: -►Building relationships with existing and potential clients►Requirement gathering and qualification►Regular and ongoing contact with clients to pro-actively meet resourcing requirements►Consultant resourcing and presentation►Interview and offer management►Post placement consultant management►Working with organisations ranging from SME to major brand - private and public sector, focused on generating long-term successful partnerships►Providing clients with proven professional advice on consultancy recruitment practices and strategies from technical, business and quality perspectives►Tracking of market trends and information, providing management reporting requirements and attendance at review meetings►Maintaining an in-depth understanding of clients, including the technical environment, business objectives, priorities and processes►The management of all issue resolution and escalation
