As a duty manager I played an integral part in running the building on a day-to-day basis, I represented the sports centre in a friendly, helpful and courteous manner. I am well trained in customer service, day to day facility management and staff supervision and management. My job purpose was to provide all visitors to the sports centre with a friendly and positive experience, through delivering excellent customer service and maintaining safe and efficient facilities through delegation of shift staff.
