As a duty manager I played an integral part in running the building on a day-to-day basis, I represented the sports centre in a friendly, helpful and courteous manner. I am well trained in customer service, day to day facility management and staff supervision and management. My job purpose was to provide all visitors to the sports centre with a friendly and positive experience, through delivering excellent customer service and maintaining safe and efficient facilities through delegation of shift staff. My main duties included customer service, facility management and sales.As a Sales Executive my role was to achieve and strive to exceed all set targets, work closely with the Line Manager to achieve maximum profitability from vehicle, finance, insurance, warranty and accessory sales and work effectively within the dealership team to ensure industry leading standards of customer care and satisfaction were achieved and maintained at all times. Achieved all sales objectives with the maximisation of opportunities. Ensured the accurate and timely completion of all department administration. I am a committed and dedicated individual as demonstrated by my academic performance to date and by my personal interests. I have excellent communication skills which I have acquired from past experiences. Personal SkillsMy personal skills include my communication skills, my ability to communicate clearly and effectively have benefited me well into progressing projects further. Honesty, accurate and timely information were consistently delivered to my employers. Work ethic, this has been ingrained into my lifestyle at a young age by my parents a value sometimes missing in my generation.
