I am a motivated, hard working individual who is currently a Police Community Support Officer working for Staffordshire Police within a high pressured environment, On a daily basis I have to make split second decisions based on the forces key values on how to deal with incidents whilst making sure the public best interest remains at the heart of everything I do. I have the ability to analyse data and come up with sustainable problem solving solutions to on-going issues and present my problem solving approach to a wide audience , I have an ability to work well as part of a team and equally alone . I enjoy learning new things and when I try something new I do as much as I can to understand it. Developing myself as well as others is something I enjoy doing as I believe someone can never know too much. As well as developing as a person I understand hard work plays a big part in whether you succeed or not and I don't shy away from that either

I am visit victims of crime to help offer advice and reassurance to them, and where appropriate liaise with partner agencies to help offer the appropriate support.during my duties I am equally tasked with incidents I need to deal with as well as being self motivated and being able to manage my own work load
